MindBody Friday is a virtual peer-led wellness program for Fibromyalgia Support Network members. Using tools from our FM Toolbox, MindBody Friday involves meditation and journaling to get you ready for the weekend and week ahead. We are grateful to have the passion and mindful meditation expertise of peer leader, Kelly Renaud, who facilitates these weekly 45-minute sessions.
