
MindBody Friday is a virtual, peer-led wellness program for Fibromyalgia Support Network members. Using tools from our FM Toolbox, MindBody Friday involves meditation and journalling to get you ready for the weekend and week ahead. We are grateful to have the passion and expertise of peer leader, Kelly Renaud, who facilitates these 45-minute sessions, twice a month.
