For YOUR Fibro Toolbox?

WHAT IS A FIBRO TOOLBOX?

Simply put, a toolbox is a container that holds equipment and items that helps one improve on, resolve or fix an issue or a problem. When you are going through a difficult or challenging health day, it helps to keep a “toolbox” close by of things that would bring comfort, pain reduction and in general, make one’s life a little easier.  You can use a basket, box, or tote bag for your “toolbox” and fill it up with self-care items which can bring both comfort and relief to your day.

People with fibromyalgia deal daily with a myriad of symptoms.   Depending on what a person with fibromyalgia did the day or a few days before, which impacted his/her/their emotional, physical and psychological stress levels, one will experience a flare-up. Flare-ups are unpredictable and can last days, weeks or even months. We recommend you create your own Fibro Toolbox and keep it handy so you can use it to help you through your worse days.
