Dr. Paul Lam, a family physician, and tai chi practitioner and teacher for over 40 years, is a world leader in the field of tai chi for health improvement. Recently, Dr. Paul Lam worked with the Arthritis Society of Canada to produce this introduction video on how Tai Chi can help people with Arthritis and he teaches several key movements. Tai Chi is another form of exercise that has proven to be helpful to those with fibromyalgia and chronic pain.
